Allen-Bradley 1756-N2 Slot Filler for ControlLogix Chassis

The 1756-N2 is an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix Slot Filler used for the standard ControlLogix Chassis. The 1756-N2 has various communication options. These include the RS-232, RS-422, and also RS-485 modules. The backplane current for the 1756-N2 at 5 Volts is 800 mA while the backplane current at 24 Volts is 3 mA. The 1756-N2 offers a power dissipation of 4 Watts and the SERCOS Data Rate for the 1756-N2 is 4 or 8 Megabits per second. This slot filler module has a current draw of 1.2 Amps at 5.1 Volts. The power dissipation for the 1756-N2 is 6.2 Watts while the thermal dissipation is at 21.2 BTU per hour. It provides an isolation voltage of 50 Volts continuous and it can be used on any chassis slot.
